Busker Magic

As if Father’s Day wasn’t fabulous enough, after reading through the love poems book I made for him, we made a quick trip to Festival Foods for chocolate eclairs. It yielded some unexpected Father’s Day magic, for sure. A couple from Italy with their daughter in tow were busking in the parking lot. Exalting is the only word for his violin performance of “I have loved you for a thousand years.” We were in a tender mood after the love poems, and the love song put us over the top. And “I will love you for a thousand more.” (We emptied our wallets in gratitude for the enchantment).
