DAY 6
TIME INVESTMENTS: WHAT TRULY MATTERS

As we approach the end, let's reflect on where we invest our time and ensure it aligns with our values, goals, and sources of joy.

GRAB YOUR JOURNAL AND ANSWER THIS ONE

What is one activity you can invest more time in that aligns with your long-term goals and brings you joy?

Review your schedule and identify one activity that doesn't align with your goals or bring you joy. Consider how you can adjust or eliminate it. You’re getting good at this by now. Right?

TIME INVESTMENTS: CHOOSING ACTIVITIES THAT ENRICH LIFE

Paw and I try to think of time as an extremely valuable investment, where each moment spent yields returns in the form of personal growth and well-being. Just as you would invest money wisely, we try to choose activities that truly enrich our life - to engage in pursuits that nurture our mind, body, and soul. Whether it's learning to make a website, painting a portrait, or spending quality time with you, investments like these pay dividends over and over to our happiness and fulfillment. I have a little maxim on my daily calendar to remind me to make good use of my time. It simply says:

LOST TIME IS NEVER FOUND

Time is the only thing you can’t get more of. So for the sake of your own happiness and fulfillment, reflect on how you spend your time and try to make conscious choices that align with your values and aspirations. By treating time as an investment, you'll create a life filled with richness and joy. We love you. — Granny & Paw

Give yourself a "Time-Investment Reflection" session. List potential time investments and think through how the value of that investment has compounded. Where it’s failed, replace it in the future with some better use of your time.

"Don't be fooled by the calendar. There are only as many days in the year as you make use of."
