17th • FROSTY THE SNOWMAN VISIT
Frosty the Snowman Day celebrates the beloved snowman who comes to life with a magical hat. Inspired by the classic song, this day is all about embracing winter fun, whether through outdoor snow play or creative crafts.
BUILD YOUR OWN FROSTY: If there’s snow outside, bundle up and create a snowman, complete with a carrot nose, button eyes, and a scarf. Add a homemade “magic” hat to bring it to life.
SNOWMAN SNACK STATION: Make edible snowmen with marshmallows, pretzel sticks, and candy decorations. Kids can assemble and enjoy their creations.
INDOOR SNOWMAN CRAFTS: Craft paper snowmen using construction paper, glue, and cotton balls. Add googly eyes and pipe cleaners for personality.
FROSTY FREEZE DANCE: Play the “Frosty the Snowman” song and have a dance-off. When the music stops, everyone must “freeze” like a snowman.
SNOWMAN STORIES: Encourage kids to write or act out their own snowman adventures. What happens when Frosty visits their town?
