The Mother's Day Purse

I can't remember the last time I bought a purse. It had to be decades ago, if ever. Seriously. Instead, I rely on the generosity of family and friends who get tired of seeing my purse miscellanea stored in pencil boxes, plastic grocery bags, and my Fond du Lac Library Book Bag. I just need to wait it out until they crack or decide to toss an old purse my way.

Despite my confidence that a purse will eventually materialize, I was not prepared for the spectacular Mother's Day purse from Mollie and her family. So summer! And with that "new purse" smell!

Mollie knows I would never indulge myself with such a splurge of chic awesomeness. She is trying to teach me, I think. (Thank you, Mollie).
